The Sauna Ceremony
A guided heat ritual conducted aboard a cedar-planked vessel anchored in the Salish Sea. Wood-fired heat, hand-harvested botanicals, and the traditional löyly cycle — steam, breath, silence — set against the rhythm of open water.
9°C — Salish Sea
The Sea Plunge
A controlled immersion taken directly from the vessel into the cold open waters of the Salish Sea. The cold arrests the sympathetic nervous system, triggering a cascade of endorphins, vasoconstriction, and radical clarity.
22°C — Nordic Linen
The Rest Protocol
Cocooned in undyed Scandinavian linen, the body integrates the thermal contrast. Guided breathwork and ambient soundscapes of wind and water complete the cycle of restoration.
